From what I hear, they're paying in instalments and there's the add-on fees, such as winning the CL (don't snigger) that haven't been activated, so £80m-odd is about what's left to pay. I think it works out @ a £30m loan fee, if you like.

A lot of this seems to be coming from his agent. Isn't he the same one that managed to get £10m knocked off Luis's release clause for Barca, and also enabled them to pay by instalments, even though you're supposed to pay the whole fee up front with release clauses, as PSG did for Neymar? I wouldn't do any deal with Barca unless they beg us - isn't there supposed to be a two -year hiatus between us?
