The focal point was definitely the wide players Dyer and Sinclair.

Rodgers immediately tried the same on his arrival here with Borini and Downing #EpicDuo

Maybe he will try the same again with Firmino and Sterling/Pedro/Ibe/ResignDowning.

Not sure where to post this but it's sort of linked to this post - ''West Brom striker Saido Berahino has parted company with Aidy Ward, the controversial football agent behind Raheem Sterling’s transfer fiasco with Liverpool. The 21-year-old joined Sterling in going with Ward when the agent set up on his own last season after leaving Impact Sports Management. But Berahino, who was called up to the England squad last November, is said to have become disillusioned with Ward following Sterling’s attempts to leave Anfield.

I saw that and posted in stelring discussions. both are good areas.

Berahino didn't stick in england squad is is quite lucky thatpulis decided he needed him. As it stands it looks like nobody wanted him that much at20mil and we seem to be seeing clubs steer clear.

Berahino would want to knuckle down uner pulis and show what he is good for.

Not heard much more about the Illarramendi transfer since we apparently put in a £16m bid.

Seems like we want a new midfielder for circa £15m and then a forward for £25m

That would be £40m - about same as the Sterling transfer when you take his 35k wages and the two new guys 100k wages into consideration.

it seems real are not making a call til they get carvalho? dunno about that kind of thinking

25mil forwards are hard to get. if lacazette is only 25mil i'll go mad... a little... that is cheap as chips these days

I'd be more than happy if we got Lacazette as long as we didn't turn him into Cisse who was top striker in Ligue 1 when we bought him.

I reckon utd will now be buying a striker. they are now down to what exactly?

    RVP to turkey...
wilson meant to be going on loan but i have not heard its done
Falcao to the retirement village with the rest of the pensioners. his red shirt will ft in well with the rest of them
hernanez injured now but was to be sold

Rooney Depay and mata would be a front 3 with rooney central but where is the rest of the squad?

surely utd will be in spending big by the end. Benteke and lacazette would be ideal for them <whistle>

A front three that will either class or compromise each other as they all like full freedom to roam.

    true.

thats why i think they need a big target man aside from felliani. they need a guy who will run in behind too so rooney can play off him.

I know its early july but they have some work to do.

    De gea going it seems
    Darmain is a good RB
CBS are still weak. jones and smalling... evans linked to everton.
LB is run theres 20 of them blind is the best one :bandit:

CM is carrick, carrick... and carrick

no seriously though not to offend our collection of utd friends if they want 4th thats all well and good but 1st needs a bit more work to be done.
