Ramsey did score 11 last season (in all comps) but generally speaking the last 3 or 4 seasons have been marred by injury.
He's a good footballer, but he's not going to provide the goals and assists that a Fekir (or similar) would provide.
On the other hand, Klopp may see lots he could improve in Ramsey.

I'd see him more as a poor man's lampard.

obviously hes welsh so he is awesome but he's not really going to be the next Milner for us... can't see it.

but I think there's something in this one unlike others.
