I think he's just calm and unflustered - nothing wrong with that, imo.I think thats general attitude and frankly I had heard it a lot before he signed for us but I have seen absolutely no sign of a laid back attitude on the pitch.
He is one it from minute 1 to minute 90. He might act laid back generally like his who cares comment to some question or other... but that's no crime.
The only criticism I would have of him is that he occasionally stops when he feels he's been fouled rather than play to the whistle.
However, I haven't seen him do that recently so maybe Klopp's beaten it out of him.
