Naby Keita will officially become a Liverpool player at the end of the season after a fee was agreed with RB Leipzig last summer. However, following Philippe Coutinho’s departure to Barcelona earlier this year, Klopp is expected to be given a huge transfer budget to reinvest the £142million in his squad.
