Not quite sure what you're getting at tbh. Every transfer rumour is started by the agent in some way or another, it's their job!

Knowing our scouts we have probably signed his twin brother who has yet to play a first team game for Fulham and is a midfielder. Wonder if whoever signs him has to sign his twin as well, some twins can be a bit odd in not wanting to be away from each other.

Liverpool have reportedly offered a 17-year-old Honduran wonderkid a one-week trial after he impressed their scouts during a recent Under-20s tournament.
Left-back Wesley Decas was one of the stars at the recent U20 CONCACAF Championship, as he helped his country reach the final of the competition, which they lost to USA on penalties.

Currently he is on the books at Honduran side Club Independiente, but that could soon change, according to the Sun, with Liverpool inviting the youngster to undertake a trial at Kirkby.
If they do decide to make a permanent move for Decas, the report suggests they will need to reach an agreeable compensation settlement with his current club.
While left full-back has been a problem position for Liverpool's senior side, they already have promising youngster Juanma Garcia on their books.

Am getting a bit twitchy about the general direction the rumours are heading....looks like we won't be signing big names or European top young talent who are ready for the step up......we'll be signing teenagers with talent.

Not to say we shouldn't buy some and allow Klopp to work his magic but we need some senior players. Leaders. Men.

Was with a work colleague from Munich today who thinks that the rumours are true about Gotze. The word in Germany is that Klopp thinks that he can fix him. Maybe German rumours are as bad as English ones...

Gotze can be quality though, if he sorts himself out health wise.

However, we need more pace mainly. After Mane we really lack pace up top

What about Markus babbel. He never got right either.

I could could not justify the risk of 110k per week plus half our transfer budget on a guy who may be the next aquilani or sturridge

I agree. It is a return to our "bargain" mentality which led us to buying Balotelli thinking we could somehow add value and sell on. That went well. We can't afford too many gambles like this. Avoid!

I call bullshit on it personally, I don't think Klopp takes crazy gambles like that.

The fact is he has only bought a handful of players so far and the ones planned for first team action right away were Karius, Mane, Wiji, Matip and then an experienced back up CB in Klavan.

Mane and Matip are outstanding players and Wiji is a very good and useful signing. These 3 aren't exactly inexperienced kids either are they?

The guy knows what he's doing, all that recruited talent at Dortmund that are now superstars shows this. He will get it right, too many years of average coaches/managers has made us paranoid <ok>

Totally agree.....am guessing if there's any truth in it, there is no desease other than a mental one.

Good points. Klopp hasn't exactly wasted money so why be concerned? I guess it's like the man himself says.....we have to be patient.....we all struggle with this sometimes!

If Liverpool want to sign RB Leipzig midfielder Naby Keita this summer, they are going to have to shell out £26m, according to @SPORTBILD

Would be a bargain at that price.

Surely is only a bargain should it prove to be a good signing?

The price for a player of his current ability and potential is very good.

Whether he justifies that price for Liverpool is another question ...

Exactly. Joe Cole never looked like a bargain despite supposedly being a freebie!

The fee's for Torres and Suarez were quite hogg but both ended up looking like pocket change later

If we are talking of signings in the future, what about Dirk Kuyt's son. Keeper should have never been beaten on his near post like that, stop his pocket money as punishment!
