The Telegraph were reporting that the same Journalist that broke the Sanchez story had claimed we'd made a £44m bid for him, but I think it's mostly just speculation.

Didn't the press report that the same journalist that broke the Sanchez story was 100% definite we were signing Benzema in the summer?

I don't know, possibly. Nothing would surprise me when it comes to the hacks.
 
I'm so excited about the 2 Nigerian boys we are looking at. Especially Kelechi Nwakali. If anyone watched the U17 world cup in Chile, you would see this guy is going to be special. He is a complete midfielder. Look him up and you'll see what I mean. I really hope we secure his signature. He's in the mold of Vieira. You remember the game vs Liverpool at Anfield where Diaby was taking the piss. That's Kelechi all day. I'm really excited about this!!

Looks good. This is what we need to be doing.

Unlike City/Chelsea we can't realistically afford to assemble sides purely from established big names. We need to keep signing the best youngsters and adding the occasional Ozil/Sanchez type signing to complete the squad.

Our annual new signing started training again. Mozart is always consistent. Always on time for the 2nd half of the season lol
 
Actually just seen Higuain is being linked with a January move to Bayern.

He scored 20 in 23 soo far this term. Shame we never signed him. Would have been a useful addition.
