It's still not on .com so I'm with Arsenal87, I can't relax until it's proven not to be a hoax! I mean, how do we know that's Cech and not a look-a-like. How many times have you seen him without a skullcap on? LOL
 
It's official then.

AW shopping list for transfer window:

world class goalie - sorted

world class DM - still looking or maybe I will buy Vidal and make him the best DM in the world (you heard it here first)

world class striker - if I can buy Higuain or Cavanni I will (thank **** I decided not to buy super Mario for £16m, what ever happened to him)
 
The last time we got a top prime player from our direct rivals was Sol Campbell. This has exceeded that in my opinion. Signing of the window so far.
 
So our squad looks something like this (displayed as teams to show depth rather than actual predicted teams):

Plus podolski, Campbell, flamini, ospina, jenkinson, Sanogo, gnabry, Martinez - of which I expect a few to be loaned out or moved on. I'd probably sell podolski, flamini and ospina, loan out jenkinson, Campbell and Sanogo and keep gnabry and Martinez around for cover and cup games.

Then most of us think we could add another CF and DM. Hopefully we are pleasantly surprised with who else we get in!

2 good teams (shows depth) and that is something we haven't had for too long.

if the rumours are true about Vidal to us could he also play DM - he is a non stop tackling terrier of a player so the DM may suit him and could be stroke of genius from AW, so we could play both him and Coq when needed and then alternate DM roles or use as cover for CM role as well.

saying all this and it will probably be all paper talk and bollocks

Transfer window opens Wednesday so for once we have a player in early, hope we get DM and Striker as well

I just can't see us signing a striker, but I'd be happy to be proved wrong. Not sure about the Vidal rumours either, but again I'd be delighted if he came. It looks like Schneiderlin is heading to Utd, and Kondogbia has gone to Milan. I'd be interested in Imbula, but he's not been tested at the top level yet.
 
Vidal would pretty much walk into any starting 11 but I do think a World Class striker would be a bigger signing for us.

Our midfield is ridiculously strong as it is.
 
1 of Ospina or szczesny is pretty much guaranteed to be sold or go on loan at this point. Ospina was the favourite, but apparently he's put in some top performances at the Copa America. Tough decision time for Wenger.
