He only played 2 games against Arsenal whilst he was at Liverpool. Or maybe he terrorised the defence from the sidelines whilst out injured.

No he wouldn't. He's a slightly better version of Giroud. Why would you want two nearly identical big lumps up front who can't run?
 
I think Torres would be a downgrade from Giroud on current form.

Girouds all round play is excellent, its just his goalscoring ability that lets him down.
 
I like the idea of brining in Morata AND Mandzukic. The Croatian might be a 'big lump' but he is a vast improvement on Giroud because he can do all the link up stuff and score goals. While, Morata offers the pace we need and he can still develop and be an understudy to Mandzukic. Anyway, this is all dream stuff. Never going to happen.
