From the early comments from our players it sounds like this will be a big lift to all the players. I fully expect to see them playing confidently in our next game :)
 
To be honest I wanted us to sign World Class players but did'nt really expect any. (I merely hoped)

Ozil is one of the best midfielders on the planet. Truely TOP TOP Class.

We should be happy our starting 11 just took a big step upwards in Class. Just wait Ozil is very bit as good as Fabregas.

Ozil will make a serious impact. He is truely World Class and it shows what Wenger meant when he said he wanted to find players of "top quality" who could improve our first team...well he sure did that with this signing!
 
A87 is right, the timing might have been a bit off. However when the dust finally settles, I think we might just feel we have reinforced in a position where we have a lot of options. We have signed a true world class gem, but would have been happier if we had spent all that money on a striker of the same calibre. I have seen us often on this forum, complaining if only we had a world class striker, with the amount of chance we create. But then again what do I know about Giroud, AW must know and see something!

At least we broke ours and spuds transfer record, even Manure's as well! So proof AW is not afraid to spend!
