Seeing as Real didn't come in for him and we've got Ozil, I reckon a similar bid might land him in January
Think you missed the point about the protest....it was protesting about the lack of Ozils.
Plus if anyone thinks Kroenke, Wenger etc would've paid so much for one player in the absence of growing widespread dissatisfaction about competing for the best players is frankly deluded.
The board would happily buy cheap youngsters and just qualify for the gold mine of champions league.....remember we broke our transfer record by more than £25 effing million. That's more money than City or Man United etc etc have ever paid for a single player.
It's plainly obvious that this purchase was motivated by much more than desire to add a creative midfielder.
It's about as deluded as thinking we only bought Ozil because the club was worried about the revenue from refreshments

OK, my view on Deadline day. And i'm going to drop the false negativity now, the window;s been closed for 35 minutes, they can't take Ozil away from us now 
Winners
Us - We signed one of the best players in the world (Viviano), and Ãzil isn't too bad either
Liverpool - Strengthened their squad
Crystal Palace - Signed a lot of players, and missed out on Bendtner, which is a good thing for anyone
Losers
Spurs - Honestly thought they'd try and sign a CAM
ManUtd - They Signed Fellaini and Coentrao, but that doesn't really improve them much. They also needed a CAM
Newcastle - They didn't sign anyone, they've basically paid Joe Kinnear to make a prat of himself and insult their players

It's not us that need to be forgiven or be given amnesty, but rather you, for going back on everything you said for the past few months, and acting like everything's been reprieved by one signing. So no Q's to be asked, nah, everything's fine now.
