I don't think we will get anyone to be honest, Wenger's spouting the same bull **** damage control limitation about how we have a big squad, how we have returning players coming, with youngsters bla bla bla. When Wenger usually talks like that, it means nobody's coming.

He's another Lansburry where you hope every loan will ignite something nonexistent in him, but in the end you have to accept that he is just fundamentally average. And a massive liability while on the field.

Get rid now, and maybe he has a half-decent career in the Championship... he has never even shown an indication that he belongs in a top table PL team.

If Wenger doesn't make any signings, what excuse do you have lined up for him?

You have no more excuses, you been going on about how money is available now, so if Wenger doesn't improve this team, which needs improvement as everyone agrees, what are you going to say for Wenger? Will you STILL defend him?

Didn't he play really well on loan for Wolves before getting horribly injured? He looked immense for them in a couple of games. The potential is there, but he needs to get over injury problems and his bad temperament. Sadly, I doubt he'll get many games with Fulham. Seems a pointless deal.

I think we then have to start discussing just what the heck Wenger means when he talks about 'top top quality'.

Surely you're not telling we can't find a better player than someone like Santos, Squilachi, Arshavin, Coqualan, and God's gift to football Gervinho?

I think it get's him off the wages. So from that perspective it's good, we have enough players getting paid at this club while hardly appearing on the pitch.

Not making signings wouldn't mean he deserves to get fired, but if he then fails to meet his own target of 4th, he should be kicked out on his Arse.

But wouldn't he still deserve massive flack for not making any? We might still get top 4 with this team, but I doubt anyone believes that we will roar to top 4 and be dominant in getting it.
