He has always kept his cards close to his chest and never gives the press any inkling of what he is thinking - that's why we are always seeing speculation rather than facts in the press -they have to write something or they wont get paid....
<insert player name> is coming to Arsenal. Even the so called "confirmed" targets in the papers haven't come to us. We need to sit tight and see what happens at the end of the transfer window. Arsenal are keeping things really uncover at the moment.
Apparently Falcao is up for sale. **** Suarez, you guys should stump up the £50m and get him in. Would guarentee you your CL spot imo.
Those rumours are blatant dustbin. Even if it was true isn't he on something like £300k a week at Monaco?
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2332193/Radamel-Falcao-set-join-Monaco-Atletico-Madrid-51m.html Works out at about 170k a week after tax, so we would have to pay 340k to match it
Have you not just sent your younguns packing to free up wages for World class stars? This guy would be amazing for you.
It's the dailymail.. even if it were true I don't think we'd be in for him. Having said that I wonder who would get him if not Monaco? Chelsea?
Doubt it is as bad as being made out at Monacco, i think it's unlikely so quickly after making such a large investment this summer that they would decide to sell off tehre best players. Maybe if the french league are forcing through changes but i wouldn't get my hopes up! That said i'd love to see us sign Falcao and he is one of the few players who actually deserves to be sold for 50m.
Yep, one suspension and we don't have enough center backs now. Well done Wenger, real ****ing planning ahead going on there. He'll be panic buying a CB probably. Expect another Squillaci.
We needed a centre back even BEFORE today's game kicked off. This entire transfer period has been a disgrace, seriously **** you Wenger, and **** the board too, bunch of ****s the whole lot of them, beyond incompetent to go into a season in this position, and today showed it even further with a 3-1 loss to Villa at home. SPEND SOME ****ING MONEY.
