Daylight robbery Would be great if we can pull it off though. Spuds need a striker and they are keen on our rejects
Bendtner's a decent player when he's used correctly, as he's often shown with Denmark. Unfortunately for him he's often been shunted out to the wing or used in patches, like Arshavin. Both of them seem to suffer from attitude problems though, so I won't lose too much sleep about either leaving the Premier League. Might actually make a decent front pairing for someone, albeit one lacking a little pace.
Bendtner is actually pretty quick, but his acceleration isn't good. If you look at that chance he missed against Barcelona he beats everyone up the pitch quite handily. Another one of those players that is oft-cited as a failure, but who was quite-decent and didn't fit at Arsenal. Could well be a success elsewhere.
http://www.belfasttelegraph.co.uk/sport/football/premier-league/arsenal/arsenal-accept-five-bids-for-striker-nicklas-bendtner-29340234.html Apparently bids have been accepted, 3 million according to this.
More from the Indie on Bendtner's departure http://www.independent.co.uk/sport/...t-five-bids-for-nicklas-bendtner-8655770.html Maybe the Spuds could pair him up with Adebayor, I think they are great friends on and off the pitch
Some ITK on Twatter has posted that we've signed Fellaini and the club will announce it in the next couple of days
That shows the gullibility of people who look at Twitter. Some other idiot said Fabregas to Arsenal was a done deal and he was willing to put £1,000 on it
Don't know why anyone thinks that Fabregas will leave this summer. He starts most games for Barca and it is his favourite club. It makes no sense to me.
I can't really see him leaving Barca after one season either. Hope he comes back to Arsenal when he does leave la liga though.
Bendtner was almost a fantastic player, he could twist and turn most defenders, sadly, at the same time, he'd twist and turn himself and lose the ball.
