Terrible first half.
Northampton can pass, attack and counter attack much better than us.
It feels like I'm watching an U23 v first team match!

 

I think its 45 minutes to save a job surely?

 

Trouble is he’s Teflon man as far as ME is concerned.

 

So we can't make our three subs because the fourth official can't use the electronic board properly!!!!!

 

Am i the only one hoping Northampton can find a goal to finally bury Lambert?

 

Never want Ipswich to lose. However, if it finishes 0-0 and we don’t have a shot on target, surely that’s enough ??

 

I didn’t go into this game thinking that, but Northampton are the worst side we’ll ever face and we’ve never even troubled them.

So lads, whenever we get a free kick or throw-in in our favour, make sure you take as long as you can to take it. This will give the team some time to catch a breath after chasing shadows. I know it gives the opposition time to get back in shape but that's not important. If you can also fake like you're going to take it and then walk away and leave it for someone else then that would be even better.

Add to that Dozzell, Edwards and Norwood. Our discipline is almost non existent.

He'd better not try to put a spin on that performance because there really wasn't any aspect of it that could be seen as positive.

 

Jackson, Downes and Dozell don't want to play for us so they get cards and miss 3 games, Dozell has 9 yellows so he's due a suspension soon, Norwood comes on and we start to get forward but why didn't he start ?

 

Norwood doesn't want to be here either judging by his body language and the way he communicates with team mates. He barely celebrated his goal last week.
