MIGGGGGY! First half we played some alright stuff in the 5-3-2 which I think suited Joelinton and Almiron more today, second half was a bit **** but who cares!. Manquillo had Zaha in his pocket all afternoon as well, was really worried about that little battle before the game but the back 3 and Dubravka again today - WOW! Lejuene doesn't look like he has missed a beat and for a lad with two dodgy knees some of the little turns and pirouettes he pulled out today as well as being fantastic at the back - so glad he is back (it was about this time last season he came back into the team and we started picking up results around xmas was it not?) Fernandez quiet but efficient and Schar gave some massive help to Manquillo with Zaha when needed. Huge saves from Big Dubz in goal at crucial times.

Great 3 points that like.....I love beating the palace scum. Football was not pretty at all but we keep picking up points. MOTM by a country mile was Manpillow, frustrated the **** out of Zaha which was great to watch. Cracking goal from miggy, so pleased for him. Cracking way to start our festive run of games...now time to hit the toon and get mullered....should be a good night.
