I thought the atmosphere was really good today. Inadvertently the sending off improved the atmosphere a lot as it created a sort of siege mentality among our support.

It's a shame the atmosphere didn't spread to the south stand. I did join in a few rounds of "Steve Bruce - he's got a big fat head" until I noticed no one else was singing it and the funny looks I was getting.

Then realisation dawned on me it was actually the stoke fans singing it, so I just tried to make myself invisible and sat quietly for the rest of the game.

Steve Bruce suggested it.

Here's a question; Who designed that awful front cover of today's match programme?

I think Adam Pearson first mentioned it about 10 years ago, but nothing changed for whatever reason.

Steve Bruce was unhappy that a few times last season we had penalties infront of a stand full of a away fans.

Yes it was great today North stand were brilliant, i was in East and thought we were good and south were joining in, next time i think south and East are gonna gang up together against the North. Hope Thursday nights as good

If certain people had been listened to it could have been so much better, thousands have just walked away, it could have been better.

People listening wasn't the problem it was the people who they listened to that were. It was approved by supporters with their own agendas and not a collective representation of people who used to sit in e1-e3.

Couldn't hear the east stand from the North at all. Was the 4th attempt at North Stand/East stand before the East joined in to a cheer and a round of applause from the North. Must be dodgy acoustics as North was rocking first half.

I agree here.

From the East it sounded as though you were taking time to join in and then when you'd stopped chanting it, South stand took over.

South did join in the second half. They took part in the North Stand/East Stand chant and sang from there... Well the Eastern side of the South stand did.

Clearly, there are certain people who need to be listened to, that they werent listened to needs to be looked at by people who should be looking at them but they arent. Thats the problem.

What was a definite improvement was different stands/blocks singing the same song at the same time. Last season, we'd have the same song filter down the East stand but at different points of the song so it sounded ridiculous. With fans in the North Stand, it was much easier for the two stands (three when South joined in) to join in another song/chant at the same point of the song.

Took many attempts from the North Stand to get east stand to respond to the north stand east stand chant

Lots of booing of the east stand for not joining in

I'm sure others in north stand will agree

This isn't true.

Yes it was.

I was in N4 and there was plenty booing the no response from the east stand .
