I agree that he's not suited to be captain, but at the time when he was given it there really weren't many other options, it isn't a team full of leaders is it?

Perhaps the mistake was making such a fanfare about giving him it, because it'd now be quite a big deal if it was taken away from him. Although I was pleased they made a big thing of it at the time.

Lichaj?

He hadn't played a game for us at the time, and do we even know what he's like leadership wise? Looks like a good player but I don't feel like I know him well enough yet to say he's definitely a leader tyoe.

He looks like a leader and an organiser on the pitch in the games I have seen. As you can’t switch this trait on and off I assume that is exactly what he was like in pre season training. If you’re a leader, then you’re a leader. A trait which Henriksen hasn’t demonstrated once.

It most certainly is. If this quote has come from the captain then if he and the team do not deliver next game then that is me done.
Cannot carry on as present otherwise we will end up as Blackpool did or playing Scarborough on their way up as done previously.
Really hope this does not happen but have not seen us competing so badly with a team 2 leagues below us one season ago.

Welcome to the exiles <cheers>

Ive not seen the quote.

What do you mean by “if he & the team don’t deliver next game then that is me done.”?
It means that the effort of going to the KC regularly or away occassionally since the late 60's is becoming more difficult for me and if the Club are in such a poor way from the top down then sadly I've never had a more apathetic attitude towards it myself.
Might have continued if concessions were still in place as I'm reaching that age milestone very soon but my lifetime club of 50 years seems lacking in many departments at the moment including it's attitude to it's own fans.
I've enjoyed many good games relatively recently and unbelievable trips to Wembly and they will stay with me forever. Come on City I don't care which league we play in but effort is all I'm looking for!
