I am guessing most of you have not seen Jakupovic then, he has been shocking when i have seen which is rarely, but he is awful a crosses and looks such a liability.

Faye's been sat on the bench despite not putting a foot wrong when he was playing. He doesn't watch the ball bounce, doesn't get turned with total ease and doesn't step over the ball allowing them to score. McShane does all of those things.

I must say when I've seen Jackupovic in the friendlies and reserves he's not exactly instilled me with confidence.

Agreed! Other than his kicking and a clanger against Boro I think he's been fairly decent. Time to give old Eldin a try though I think. We didn't sign him for nothing!

Couldn't agree more. He looks a proper clown in the making does this Eldin character.

As for Amos; he's learning his trade and has a lot of potential.

    IMO.

I don't think Amos is a bad keeper but I don't know how he ll cope when the pressure builds if we are in the promotion push?
I would of preferred us to bring in an experienced keeper rather than a youngster this year.
He just doesn't command his box and defence enough for me I've been sat behind him a few games and he s far to quite.

An interesting side note on this. I have quite a few friends that support Barnsley and they reckon Mannone was the worst goal keeper they have ever had when he was on loan there a couple of years back.
Inexperience in a goalkeeper is a very bad thing, most don't even reach their prime till they are about 30 and they real good ones usually make it close to their 40th birthday. Christ how old is Jasskalinen now and he's still doing a good job between the sticks.

They're a bit quick to judge, he only played in two cup games and two league games and he was only 18 at the time.

Seems a tad harsh(though he did cock up badly in one of the games).
