im just worried about looking a **** on faceybookshite<laugh>

I reckon that walking sleeping bag thing would be a ****ing fire hazard. I could defo see myself setting light to myself sitting round a campfire in one of those monstrosities. There's no way you'd be able to get the ****er off before it melted to your skin either.

You'd look like a crispy burnt ****.

I'm out.

well **** you, you walking sleeping bag gimp.

Lol. I do like a bit of Rockabilly

But not that.

Yeah **** that walking sleeping bag ****e. The thing down here atm (and I suspect at most coastal towns where there are watersports) are Dryrobes. They are basically a towel. But one with a hood and holes for your arms. They've given it a fancy name and the ****in things cost around £200 !

Gullible ****ers. Spot the tourist, they'll be wearing a Dryrobe.
Goretex is ****. Keeps you dry(ish) in winter then the sand starts to build up between the goretex liner and the sole making the trainer unusable. Only way to get on is to rip out the liner. Job done.
<laugh><laugh>.

Seriously its ****. U less of course you're walking down CHELSEA High Street then it's @Tobes boss.

Nah bullshine. I've got two pairs of goretex shoes and they are ****ing brilliant. I use one for cycling and it's kept my feet dry in some ****in biblical downpours. And the others I use for walking. Mixture of mud, wet grass, wet rock, etc again dry feet. Wouldn't be withough them

Maybe ya just a freak or sumink ?

@Chief

What does that Mountain equipment gear come up like size wise ? Does it run true to size

Tried on a Montane jacket the other day in XL and I swear it was designed for a 12 year old boy.

Going back to this, it's top end so could be seen as being on the pricey side. Get what you pay for i reckon and lasts forever so you get your money's worth but still.

If you fancy top quality budget instead, another British made manufacturer is Sprayway. Their waterproofs are good gear.
