Me and my old man used to cook up our own many moons ago. It's worth starting with a lager kit as it's easier to get right. You'll end up drinking it before it's at its best, but it's great fun getting squiffy on your own brew :)

Played cricket against Vaux once and got Gold Tankard for next to nothing in the Club House.

Not really and I only work part time.

Might need to change your bedroom habits. Not in a phanarrr phararrr sort of way. Remove tv and pc and any sort of distraction so that bedroom is just somewhere you go to sleep. Lie down in total darkness and stretch your muscles starting at your feet and work your way up. Amazing relaxation technique that gets me dropping off almost every time should I need it. Also don't drink alcohol during the evening and avoid carbohydrates to eat for your evening meal. Eat protein instead.

I find an alcoholic drink or 2... or 6 helps me sleep in the evening! Other than that I may try some of those techniques... thank you good sir!

That rainymood is brilliant. Love the sound of rain. I often hear the rain and decide to go out for a walk in it. Much prefer it to walking in sunshine. And I prefer the winter to the summer. Does that make me weird?

I live in Manchester; I hear the sound of rain WAY too much.
