Waste of time trying to sleep last night. Must have got 2 hours at best. Feel like I have been dug up.
Ever since December 19 I've never been the same, like my sinuses have always been stuffy and I've had a consistent phlegm build up, some of it white. That Xmas in 2019 I had a terrible virus where it felt like there was something in my throat that I couldn't shift.
I still have that feeling now, like there's a strand just lurking in me throat, I have to swallow to stave off that choking feeling.
Right now I'm trying to shift the choking feeling, cough and gagging...murder like, still haven't been to docs mind.

I hate that feeling like a hair in your throat. It’s just a constant annoyance.
Couldn’t find the brown sudafed in boots today asked at the counter but all they had was the red sinus and pressure relief took it about and hour ago and I feel so much better, no idea what’s in it but it’s sorted me right out
I’m telling you mate Sudafed is just crazy good stuff.
The brown ones the box isn’t brown or owt it’s the physical tablets.
Mate I had this a month ago and still have the odd cough, it’s worse than Covid for me personally (Covid only took me out for two days(
I’ve nee idea mate, I’ve got none in the house to check either.
I just know they not usually on the shelf.

I think it will be. They will help clear your nose and that bit won't be fighting off any bacteria that's blasting your lungs out.
Mums in hospital broken hip. Nurse said there's 5 flu bugs kicking around and we are all going to get it.
Antibiotics got me feeling 'better' within a couple of days but just hasn't touched the cough. Annoying more than owt else.

We always have red sud in our house, over the counter drug but works wonders like.
Covonia is the only cough syrup that’s ever worked for me. Which sucks because I absolutely hate the taste
