It spreads round the world like a wave I think.
Surely the first question anyone should ask these people is why they think they're going to be amongst the raptured so they can create a bit of a paradox in their minds? If anyone thinks they are then they think they're amongst the best people on the planet, which means they're judging everyone else and I'm sure there's something in the bible about not judging people, which would mean they're not going to get raptured for going against that teaching.
I like the BBC story on it where it says that the main guy saying it predicted it before as well, and that when it didn't come off all his followers just turned round and said it was a small one to prepare for the big one in future. (and the bit about the guy charging $135 to collect pets from raptured people the day after who's said he doesn't offer refunds)
Is it coincidence that the Christian nut jobs have predicted the end of humanity will take place just before the supposed end of the Mayan calendar?
