I don't get it, he's been on the attack non stop but keeps on saying that he wants to reconcile. In what world does that make sense? If you have your brother over for lunch and you need to pat them down for a wire there's a problem.
Finally...finally sitting down to have a few beers. Floored with covid day after Boxing day, then the Mrs had a seizure on New Years Day morning. Rang 999, category A emergency, ambulance here within 10 minutes....brilliant. Few days in ITU in UHND, then transferred to the Freeman on Friday. Been a bloody worry over the past week, but signs are positive....moving in the right direction anyway. First time I don't feel I might get a phone call during the night, so having a few beers. Still can't taste much, but I really don't care. I'm off work, so gonna have a few tastless beers and watch Legend, just started on BBC1. Then back to the Freeman tomorrow.
Cheers mate, appreciate that. I'm not religious, but I've prayed every night.... I've been negative since last Thursday, and feel OK now....just can't taste anything!
Thoughts are with you both Snaggey, fingers crossed you get her home and all is well, life just chucks these low ballers at you.
Best wishes, Snaggey . . . . I'm very familiar with the Freeman (and the R.V.I.) because of Mrs. A's health problems over the last 11 years so I know what it's like to be worried sick. Hopefully you'll have a similar outcome to us, and you can soon be positive please log in to view this image
Glad things going in right direction , but also that it sounds you had a positive experience with the NHS. — and so , as I believe in credit where it’s due , will say University Hospital Durham and all the staff who have attended to me have been fantastic. So ankle 2x fractures plus dislocation and operation with 2 bolts I’m on way home this afternoon
