So basically anything with any sort of imagination or fantastical element?
So your favourite film is like Nil by Mouth or something?

My favourite film is Mike Bassett but obviously it's not the best acting or anything like that. Just funny.

Same for books actually. Couldn't get into Lord of the Rings and generally read non-fiction.

@West WindsR You must hate Pulp Fiction then!
Its about two guys, who totally aren't gangsters, who are hunting down a soul in a brief case after the devil came up from hell and extracted it from their non gangster bosses head.

Once they have located the soul, a guy attempts to kill them, but god comes down from heaven and stops the bullets with his god magic.

And its all told through the medium of time travel

Don't think I stuck with it all the way through but would probably appreciate it more now. Might try it again some day.

A true measure of film disappointment is films you've got off your arse to go and see at the Cinema.

Turning off some crock of **** sat on your couch is too easy.

Either having to sit through it or going for the Cinema flounce off, is the real test of a proper **** flick.

I give you - Independence Day.

I walked out the cinema when went to see Babel. I went with some weird bloke from narcotics anonymous and I was proper ****ing stoned. Watched it again since as people seem to rate it... still thought it was ****. Although I was stoned again, maybe one of those films that don t add up when Stoned? Doubt I'll ever watch anything sober, in the **** pile it goes then.

I hate these homemade type of films...seems like you don't need to be a good actor nowadays. The world will be an emptier place when we lose legends like De Niro, Denzel etc, to name but a few

Denzel doesn't get the credit he deserves...probably because he's black.

He's my favourite actor about. Legend. Although Hollywood will love the Di Caprios more.

Not seen it, but at 2hrs 23 minutes sounds likely to be heavy going.

Note to self - swerve.

Does he not?
I think most people deem him one of the best actors going.
He even won an Oscar that he really shouldn't have won, for ****ing Training Day, which was meh.
Yet he didnt win one for Malcolm X, when he should have.

I hate watching soft sex scenes in a film tbh. Mrs gets too nervous, knows I'm about to raid that pussy.
haha, its not too bad for me, I tend to watch movies alone rather than in company.
People talk too much during movies and it irritates the **** out of me.
The only films that are better in a group are comedies.
