Are the owners taking to long to make decisions?
Should they have appointed more specialists to help and make the January window easier to navigate?

Honestly I think that's debatable... I can as I've said see better football, but we're liking like the Norwich that went down a few years ago.
I'm pretty sure of they plug the right holes in the 11 it'll see results improve too, but buying players would've seen bruce do better too
My questions are not aimed at you my good fellow. They are purely my own in attempting to see what others opinions are on the current regime performance.

What rating would you give the new owners performance since taking over 3 months ago out of 10?

I think that falls into the category of question like 'are drugs bad for you? It needs more than one word answer because otherwise the answer is 'it depends'

However it is my job to support the team each and every game, which I do under Howe and did under Bruce and every other useless bastard since 1982. It is not my job to hire or fire the manager.
I am however allowed an opinion before the game, after the game and during the game whilst supporting them. As is everybody else.
What I will say though GG, I'm assuming something here based on our previous conversations that you either are or have staff management experience, I will take that one step further and say I'm assuming you've hired staff previously too?
If so tell me how many staff members that you recruited that didn't need to learn the processes and functions of their new role and company?

They are being methodical, I have no issue them taking a little longer making decisions to make the right decisions, I will cut them a little slack due to the size of the task involved in the background at every other area of the club. This good grace will not last forever.
Should they have appointed more specialists to help and make the January window easier to navigate? Nope, they have more help for this window than Ashley ever had, I believe by the summer this will be even better and smoother. Again this good grace won't last forever before criticism is allowed.

The Bruce out brigade would never credit when he did well they won't ever fund it in them.
They found it in them to criticise and bully him when it went bad though
