the funny thing is.....

sterling wants to miss our tour but city will be in australia from thursday so he is a bit thick isn't he?

So he doesn't want to plate Rodgers apparently... Massive slap in the face that and completely disrespectful of true and it's been leaked.

Id love us to be able to be in a position to say ok, go play 2 years worth of reserve team football for a different manager and then you can leave on a free (plus tribunal) <ok>

Guy just seems a complete nozzle

I get so angry at self-obsessed, jumped-up little pricks like this that I'd be sorely tempted to do just that, despite the money.

Now lads it's not unreasonable to assume this is tit for tat action.

Lfc leaks the preseason tour stuff yesterday

Sterling leaks rodgers stuff today.

.......

I would be holding firm now waiting for bid. End of.

No bid and he vanishes. He'd not be going to euros with England I can tell you

You think 2 years at 35k a week - is 3.64m not actually an awful lot of money.

Sell him on a freebie at tribunal for 5m and you've covered your costs.

Thing is, you'd lose 30m from a transfer fee which would help us more in the bigger picture.

Its annoying clubs are willing to pay so much for him as otherwise would be easy to just stick him in the reserved for 2 years and let him waste 2 years (albeit while picking up a decent pay cheque)

Sadly, we can't afford to miss out on the transfer fee- otherwise I'd let him rot.
The only thing we can do is make sure we get the highest fee we can for the little ****.

It's simple.

City's options are limited. Pogba seems not possible so really..... it's up to them to bid.

All lfc can do is hold firm and make him act professionally.

You can't moan too loudly, as him and City are only doing to you, exactly what you and Lovren did to Soton last summer.

Ayre needs to negotiate a fee with City and bring it to a conclusion asap.

Why would the Tribunal amount be so low? is there a limit? Isn't it like Ings will be higher because spurs put in the bid. Surely with City putting two bids in they've accepted how much they think he's worth already. So we say sod you, you're here to stay.

Tell him he's in the squad and must be available to play but trains alone and on the bench until attitude improves ....fine him the weekly maximum each week he doesn't turn up. Wee money grabbing bastard like this? He'll not last two years before he caves...

True Tobes but to fair I do remember a few guys on here saying they didn't want him because of his behaviour alone at the time so they can at least moan lol...

There was an interesting discussion on this very point a couple of nights ago... ;)

You just need to resume control by telling him he can have his move if he hands in a transfer request.

Then sit down with City and do a deal

There's no point posturing when it gets to this point, you'll get good moeny for him and you can re-invest it in total ****e - everyone's a winner <ok>

Yeah, the rest was a rant tbh lol....but definitely insist on the transfer request.
