Has he said that too? I haven't read that interview.
No, our manager has and Snodgrass hasn't denied it.

Can you post the link to Silva saying Snodgrass refused to train?
I'll save you time, there isn't one, the story is just Twitter rumour.
Pictures of him training are rather more convincing for me than some knob on Twitter claiming he refused, but each to their own.

The manager hasn't said he refused to train though has he, unless you've found another quote?
I've got a direct quote from the manager about Maguire having to play right back against Bournemouth if you want it?![]()
Ffs given the norm is to train shouldn't the duty of proof sit with those saying he refused
I've got a direct quote from me calling you a cock. Would you like me to direct you to that?
Who, snodgrass?Boring it may be but I forget the date but I can narrow it down to the week Nov/Dec before Robertson returned from injury , he was discussing moving with him and comparing different places and some benefits .... he wasn't exactly whispering about it but I don't accept the clown that run this club did anything to upset him DURING the window - crap had already gone south
Snodgrass would not have stayed beyond his contract, he wanted a bigger pay packet than the club would have offered him and triggering the extention clause just added to his desire to leave.
I do not blame the club or the player.
I think it's unfair to say derisory john.I think the reason he decided to leave was Ehab offer of a contract was derisory, wasn't time wise long enough, was sent by E mail without any contact with the player or his agent allegedly. Furthermore it seems he was angry about the club extending the contract by a year without telling him.
After that he decided to leave and told MS on day one, so yes he was always going to leave after that.

We can not match the offers for a player who was playing as well as Snodgrass. That's just the way it is. He held the upper hand. Would you have given him a contract with no reduction on relegation? Because that would be his first demand.
