Jammy? It was skill worthy of the highest praise. And yes, it was a great game. Atmosphere nearly as good as the game against Newcastle.

Awful. And the keeper sent off. Bad day all round, eh, Cottager? If this turns into a slump the manager will be under serious pressure. As you know they are vicious out here, especially given the act he had to follow in Unai.

Don't tempt fate Fulhaman. Social media here is in melt down about 'the Gaffer' ... insane calls for Bruce. Can hear a spider joke coming on!

Mad as that would be given the fact that Slavi is doing a good job, I do like Bruce. He could definitely get Fulham up, which I am not sure Slavi can, much as I like him.

Second in the group. Tied on points with the Old Lady. Not doing badly. This was a good game. We had slightly more shots and got our winner through ben Yedder (with a header) a little while into the second half. We got him for about €9 million from Toulouse during the summer and he looks to be a very good signing.

The other lot grind out a result against Alaves with a last minute winner, despite the heat and injuries.

Tell me about the heat - it's still 77 degrees and it's 10:30pm. Due to be 91 degrees over the next few days.

It's that ben Yedder man again - second was a complete gem - a back heeled goal. Given what happened at the cottage today a cheeky goal like that just seems to rub it in regarding our misfiring strikers.

I didn't realise until I was told today that Jozabed was supposed to be coming to Sevilla but we wouldn't pay his release clause in his contract. This means that Fulham have a champions league quality player in their midst, which makes the transfer quite impressive. Sorry if you all knew that but it wasn't widely reported around here.

Wonder why Sevilla wouldn't pay the asking price? And to quote the Gaffer, "it's not Belgium, it's not Spain, it's ... the Championship".

The lad has undoubted skill and awareness. Hopefully with games under his belt and Jokanovic using him properly (like not as a sub for Parker in the 80th minute on Saturday) he'll find his feet.

Now there's a name you don't want to come out of the hat if you're SD Formentera in the first round of the Copa Del Rey

1st leg at theirs on 30th November and 2nd at the Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán on 21st December.

Certainly give fans plenty of notice or is this the Spanish equivalent of 'domani, domani ...'?

Well, mañana is one of the favourite words out here.

Talking of mañana, our match kicks of at midday. Against Leganes, which is another of the Madrid suburbs clubs - right next to Gatafe actually, hardly more than a Rory Delap long throw apart.

Another late winner. Mind, it sounds as though the winner from Pablo Sar was some goal.

Any goal that late on is a cracker.

Shame about poor old Betis. I had reason to be in Heliopolis (suburb where the ground is) when the final whistle went. There were a lot of very unhappy Beticos around. Needless to say the Senora was smiling sweetly at every single one we passed.

Marching through Europe and dominating the game. Mind took a poached goal from Sami Nasri in the first half to make the difference.

Was a good little goal from what I saw. I was out so only got the goal clip on my phone but thought it was well worked from the wing in a nice attacking move.

This is the one thing that gets me about going to a match out here. The flares. Even if it is a match kicking off in broad daylight they are still deemed necessary by some.

We Are Top of The League, say We Are Top of The League....

And a break away goal from a former Blackburn Player, too. Steven N'Zoni take your place in the spotlight.
