HOPE SOMEONE BURNS IT.
While wrapped around Allam & Allam Jnr ??
HOPE SOMEONE BURNS IT.
What about something like this with maybe Myhill Ash and Daws (Andy of course) as the three most important from Division three to the prem?
It's Columbus Crew's badge but make it black and amber, put CITY or LEGENDS across the top it would make a great banner IMO.

If we go ahead with these banners are we having text on them? If so what do people want for each player? I was thinking of just the name so there is continuity and easier to read. I'm only suggesting this as proven with the Cobb Morley Banner the more words the less you can see (from a distance)
I think you're right. It'll be good if they all have a similar layout.
I'm hoping the club will take up the boards feelings and give some publicity to what it's about.
I'm planning to talk to them about it.
I think it should just be the surname as well: ASHBEE, ELLIOTT, CARTER, looks less familiar and more respectful than having the christian name as well.

I agree with thisI think it should just be the surname as well: ASHBEE, ELLIOTT, CARTER, looks less familiar and more respectful than having the christian name as well.
If they want to join this forum, and contribute, nothing stopping them.As we're saying this a Hull City fans banner, initiated by not606, should we be expanding it to include Amber Nectar and CI for donations and/or comments?
One of the reason's I chose Jock Davidson is that I didn't want the older generations to miss out in this. Obviously the vast majority of people who contribute to this message board will never have seen his like play. But it's for THAT very reason that I think his like should be first in the pecking order. They should be remembered because they are more likely to be forgotten.

Legend...Elmo...really!!!
If elmos a legend I nominate whittle, Theo the great and geo, I'd prob add Payton, whitehurst. Legends an overused word these days
Interesting that we do not have any City legends nominated that played between 1904 and 1939.
I will nominate one that played in the only City team to go undefeated at home in the league for a full season in 1932/33. Goalkeeper George Maddison, rated by my dad and grandad as better than Billy Bly.
