Well, at the risk of making the list un-manageable and we're talking about LEGENDS there are plenty of others like Gary Brabin, Warren Joyce, Les Mutrie, Keith Edwards, Richard Jobson, Brian Horton, Mally Lord and many more. The question is "Where do you draw the line?"
It would be nice to see more for current players. I which case it's Jelavic for me.
And beyond the true legends. How about celebrating some of our cult heroes. Such as those mentioned in this thread...

Could have a legends collection, a cult heroes collection and I'd throw in a you're a **** collection too. We've had plenty of them associated with the club.

Absolutely, and each generation will have a different list. I think it's fantastic that we've got so many that we'd like to recognise. It's a shame some are liable to miss out this time round, but hopefully, the other plans could pick them up, if it comes off.
As far where we draw the line, it's simply at the end of the money, and/or mauled's time.
The picture list isn't definitive, chuck some names in to be voted on and let's put Mauled's talents to the test.
One of the reason's I chose Jock Davidson is that I didn't want the older generations to miss out in this. Obviously the vast majority of people who contribute to this message board will never have seen his like play. But it's for THAT very reason that I think his like should be first in the pecking order. They should be remembered because they are more likely to be forgotten.
Does it have to be individuals? Like some have said, there's some that would work well as a combination of people on one banner. I'd also like to see the City of Culture one which I think got a lot of votes but was beaten by EC Morley. The pride of Yorkshire idea is good too. We should be voting for a design rather than specifically a player, shouldn't we?
Ultimately, it can be whatever we want. The op is just my suggestions for the reasons I put. If people vote for some other suggestions, I'm happy to go along with it.
I think a 'Hull City of Culture, We know what we are' banner would be great. It needs a good spot though, which is being looked at.
In my opinion, two would be lost on the 6'×4' banners, and the others would be better on bigger banners that we haven't got a spot for as yet.
A lot depends on how much we raise from donations. This way, mauled can be making one while we collect for the others.
That's just my opinion, the flags are the boards/fans, so I'l go with what people decide.
