How many points do you think to be safe this year?

Who's surviving the drop?
****, we could end up 12th IF the following happens: :emoticon-0100-smile<laugh>

1) City beat all 4 "yellow" teams left to play and lose every game against "white" teams left to play.

AND

2) All the other yellow teams draw all the games left against other "yellow" teams, except lose to City

AND

3) All "yellow" teams(including City) lose to every "white" team and "red" team they have left to play.

Bottom of table would end up:
..........................Pts
12..Hull City.......39
13..Watford........36
14..Leicester.......36
15..West Ham.....36
16..Burnley.........35
17..C.Palace........33
18..Swansea.......31
19..'Boro............26
20..Sunderland..24
13-16th determined on GD.

I'm dreaming, or maybe pissed !!<doh> I don't like the HT score @ Watford at all. Come on you bastards WBA !

Europe's out of the question then?

Bastard.

Just saw Palace's fixture list.

soton, arsenal, leicester, spurs, liverpool, burnley, mancity, hull city, man utd!

Please, I hate palace, please no surprises, straight forward losses to all of them.

my gut feeling says our game vs them will be the game to keep us up or down. But regardless, please relegate them and fat sam.

Agreed. All we need to worry about is the 3 teams below us. 17th would be an incredible achievement.

position is more important than points.
could have same amount of points as another team but you still get relegated cos of goal difference

Rather see West Ham go

if the points scored in the last 8 are exactly the same for the next 8 - ie call last 8 form to be 100% accurate , we will leapfrog West Haaaaaaam and finish level with the Swans (behind on GD)

however after Burnley , we have the next moset favourable run in ... our away form cant get much worse and West Hams Home form cant either .

an exciting run in

Swansea don't have a bad run in either, if we can win all our home games and pick up 2 points away, we are certainly safe. The wins against Watford and Sunderland are vital.
