Cardiff wont be in the Championship much longer.

In fact they are probably too good for the Premiership AND the Champions League.

I reckon they will set up their own SUPER-SUPER League and play themselves every week. They are THAT good.

And they wouldn't win that either!! <laugh>

With Don Cowie gone to Cardiff I see the latest rumours are Stephen McGinn and Sean Murray to Cardiff. In MMs defence I suppose it's better the devil you know.

I know we cannot be certain, but the Wobby Owl said that he was sure that McGinn was not leaving for Cardiff. I am inclined to believe this. And im with NNW, the odds of Murray joining a championship club are slim. Unless someone like Leicester make a stupid bid for him and offer him stupid wages.

With the new owners business model expect our players to be held onto and developed until they are worth proper money, if they're good enough they'll stay on.

Udinese owner Giampaolo Pozzo's extensive scouting network has picked out young Albanian striker Bekim Bala from FC Tirana. Expect his signature at Watford in the coming weeks.

This isn't so much a rumour, as idle speculation that doesn't deserve its own thread.

We have all assumed for at least six months that Mariappa will soon be leaving. Might the takeover's completion change that in any way? On the Pozzos' side would they look to keep him for a promotion push, or sell him as part of their business strategy for this season? On Mapps' side, would the takeover make him more interested in offers from other clubs? Less interested? About the same as before?

apparently McGinn is going to sign a new contract :)

YAY!!!! That would be wonderful. We lacked an attacking option on the right, so maybe he could be that option. Here's hoping.

I heard that he was hoping Cardiff might come knocking, but they said they were not interested.
