His obituary only reached the Times today!

To be honest it’s some kind of miracle he lasted that long. But there are always exceptions….very funny on the wireless earlier today, one of those health programmes talking about the risks of booze, invited elderly drinkers to call in and a bloke claimed to be having two bottles of red every night with dinner at the age of 83, and suffering no ill effects. Another elderly lady (82) said she has a drink every day and feels guilty that she has no chronic illnesses or other ‘stuff that my friends moan about’. Might have been leg pulls but the doctor guest was left speechless….
 
I can only look up from my mud hovel, running with hot and cold sewage, while eating aborted rats foetus for tea….knowing my downtrodden serfness can never reach your dizzy heights….
C’mon Stainsie, we all know you’re stuffing your face with rich and sophisticated cake every day. Probably with a leaf earl grey tea too. :emoticon-0105-wink:
