Had heard he'll be playing in your next friendly, is that true? Also, figures floating from 6mil to 10mil, so who knows what to think? Would hate to wait until right before the season starts and screw you lot over again. Really like watching Newcastle, good team

Apparently he is starting on Saturday, according to the manager. Up to 15 million would still be good business for you, he's one of the league's best. Hope you dont screw us over again, but then Ashley is the more likely one to do that.

I'd be extremly pissed off if we sold him for £6m, considering he is in his last year of his contract I'd say £8m is fair. Will easily be worth double it though, can be the best left back in the league - especially with Evra and A.Cole getting on a bit.
 
Popped on the Newcastle board for the first time to spread rep and got jailed after 3 attempts! Damn!

Originally heard 6 mil, and thought that mike Ashley was daft. Honestly expect twice that if we do sign him.

Considering the other fee's you've been throwing around of late, I doubt Ashley would be foolish enough to sell him on the cheap - getting good fee's for our players is about the only thing Ashley does well.

I got released from jail 2 minutes ago, gave rep to 2 people and got locked up again <grr>
