Following this weekends / seasons poor results, it seems to me the easy option is to get rid of Holloway, and replace with.............who?,however surely the real issues with QPR at the moment / last few years are the Board and the consistently poor decisions they have made. When Fernandes took charge we expected better than Fabio and his cronies, but.... 8 years on ,we are worse off than we were back then. The club is in debt due to the Boards poor decisions. FFP is totally the responsibility of the Board for sanctioning the signings and salaries managers & players wanted. Any Manager worth is salt is always going to ask for better players, Tony and the board said get them with no thought to the long term he even offered Samba to Redknapp! where was the thinking in signing a £13m player if we were to go down, which we did!. We have been promised new Training Grounds, Stadiums and the vision to get back to the Premier league, as far as i can see all these false promises just heighten expectation and leave genuine fans with disappointment. Had the club been run better over the last 6 years with more control over the financial side we would not be where we are now.
The best solution is for the club to be sold for £1. Then the new owners can invest to reduce debt, allowing the existing / new Manager funds or get players in, not just youngsters but we need seasoned experienced players in the side, much like Ray Wilkins when he was here, he controlled and gelled the side together back then, that's what we need, rather than knee jerk reactions changing players and Managers. Lets have a plan rather than the constant false hope and being told to keep the Faith! QPR will never be able to challenge for playoff's or promotion whilst we have the consistent poor decisions and lack of genuine leadership in place now.
Nothing will change under the current leadership, our club is poorly run with people who have no knowledge or experience of running a football club, get rid and put in place people who know what they are doing with genuine goals and realistic expectations.
We will be League 1 or 2 if the way things are now stay, maybe not this season but within the next 2-3.

The club seems to be run much better now under the experienced eye of Hoos. The damage was done before he arrived.
TF promised investment (we got), new training facilities, new stadium and a team capable of bringing Premership stability. Instead we have a massive debt, no new facilities, no new stadium,FFP fine looming, a piss poor team and we can’t rub two bob together. Have we been had?

You simply couldn’t make this up. TF has got key decisions wrong time after time. It’s laughable and TBH embarrassing. I don’t think he’s a bad man just a man child who wanted all the sweets in the shop.
Think it’s too late this season to change now. Completely lost faith in TF and Ollie too. I was one of Ollie’s biggest fans but think he needs to go when the season ends.

I would like to say that I feel that Lee Hoos is essential for our viable future...He is the person steering us in the right direction. I fear that a clear out of the board could result in him leaving and then we really are lost

If QPR were sold for £1, that would be a very expensive £1 since it would sadly the purchaser with the FFP fine and whatever other debt we don't know about.

Hard to believe it has been 8 yrs!!

The two pivotal moments for me were Flavio not selling to Amit and not sacking Redknapp after Wembley.

Think we’re on the same page but I sense a serious level of discontent from you Bob, which of course is understandable.
It’s beyond obvious that we have gone backwards both on and off the pitch under TF. Really would like to see TF sell up and move on but unfortunately that seems unlikely.
I don’t think our fans expect miracles with that squad but I can’t shake off the feeling that overall we’re underperforming and it’s down to inconsistency of team selection and tactics.

Compare that to 'Rangers fan' Chris Wright, who loaned the club a lot of money, but demanded it all back when he stepped down, leaving the club in administration. FFP is a threat, but Fernandes has said that the owners will again take the hit, not the club.

With that said, I don't really think there's anyone else of much quality or proven record who will come to us. We have the looming FFP fine and the extreme lack of funds for buying new players. Ollie is kind of doing us a favour, in a way.

But I do actually think Ollie offers us something. He offers us stability (if we want it) and he has shown glimpses of growth, albeit slow growth. He is really giving the youth development at our club a wake up call, making young players feel that they can get a chance here. Maybe he has been forced into that strategy, maybe he hasn't. It's not all doom and gloom. We're not going anywhere good for a while but also I can't see us being relegated either. There will DEFINITELY be three clubs worse than us this year.

I think we really need a reality check and Middlesbro well and truly gave it to us and Fulham beating Burton 6-0 rammed it home.
We are in a very dodgy place and the moment and apart from a mad QPR fan, who would take the poison chalice?
Sat brought home the fact we have little or no depth but the good thing is we are getting rid of some dead wood that would not get close to the 1st team.
Caulker, G/Cox, Petrasso etc. Need to keep our heads above water and soldier on. We will not go down as we are not THAT bad (are we?).Not sure if next season will be any different but ,as a bloke in the pub said on sat, as sure as night follows day , we'll still be there even if the players, manager, chairman etc change.

TF has made many mistakes but he does seem to have finally learned from them. Hoos and Ferdinand have stabled the ship so the club can start to recover from it's past mistakes. On the pitch the recovery will take longer, we all know that. As for TF's past mistakes, we all bemoan the parade of mercenaries that came through the door but at the time many of these failed signings were lauded by many of us.

Its good to get other Fans opinions and of course that's all they are, we as fans hardly ever can change the way football clubs are run. Hoo's is a good steadying ship but i cannot help but feel the free spending when in the premiership was a direct result of Fernandes inexperience, but so called others who should advise better have let him down, but saying that he is supposedly a successful businessman so he understands how to run a business? The failings by him and others are poor business practice and for that he should bail out the club fully or sell up.
I do not feel that QPR will never move forward under his ownership, he has to rectify his mistakes, take Lee Hoo's advice on how and where to spend and as others have said, Holloway is the best we can do at the moment, but eventually replace, his win rate i believe is under 25% since he came back. When he arrived we were 10th in the league and 6pts behind a playoff position, and we only just escaped relegation. Tactically inept and poor judgement by management and owners has the left the club we all love and support through sun and rain in a very poor and miserable state.
I hope things improve for the fans sake, we deserve better. Having supported QPR since 1973 i cannot remember a worse period, even when we were in League 1 it wasn't this bad.

I think Burton are done for but all the others down there are starting to get a result or two. Barnsley probably next worst but I think all the others are capable of closing the gap. Some big names in the mix so it's gonna be a nervous run-in. Without one or two new faces to strenghten our weakest points we are vulnerable...

is it only me who thinks that we've actually improved this season? Boro game being the exception. Every time I've seen us we've looked generally ok. Not amazing but not diabolical by any means. The last quarter of last season we were really, really terrible. We've definitely come on a bit since then. I've never really envisaged us being significantly higher up the league than we are but I think with a better manager we could safely be top half of the table. Madness?

I am no way in the TF camp, and agree that the majority of our predicament lays at the door of poor decision making since they took over at a board level. I do however fully respect them for shouldering the financial costs that it has given them. To me, this is what FFP/regulation should look to address; owners coming in asset stripping or gambling, getting it wrong and then leaving the club with the debt of their mistakes. If a rich-man or woman wants to come in and spunk all there money up the wall of a football club, then they should be free to do so, but not expect to get it back when it goes wrong!
