It's been even colder here
- it snowed on Thursday/Friday and I had to scrape ice off the windscreen today.

Which part of Spain did you go to Sid?

well, we've been to North Yorkshire this week and we've had snow since Wednesday and a slightly hairy drive from Helmsley to Stokesley over Bilsdale yesterday, 4 inches of snow on the top. Still had a great time tho... next one has to be Italy unless Ruskietwat escalates things

Costa Blanca. Have a little flat out there and am adapting it for my disabled son, so a bit of a working holiday. But still!

Going out again in May, so finger crossed...!
Having said what I’ve said
Yes you can get lovely weather all year round in costa Blanca but it’s un predictable
Nevertheless it’s mainly better than England

With Easter school hols coming up, had look at a couple of places in the UK, a lot of places seems to have doubled their prices... so can sod off.

It looked cheaper to go for a holiday in Tenerife etc... but never got round to it.

Signed up the g'kids to various events, sports, etc instead

Heading over to my nephew's Stag do in benidorm over Easter week. Younguns are doing 3 days but us older lads are having a week. The price of flights has gone mad, our weeks package hol was cheaper than some of the younguns are paying to get there ( flight + transfer). Just need the weather to perk up a bit.

I live in Mallorca and it has been unseasonally cold with temperatures barely reaching double figures. So far this year, the temperature may have exceeded 20 on the fingers of oñe hand.

Same on the Costa del Sol, it's rained so much this past few weeks it's just like Durham, cold windy and wet. Forecast for a nice weekend then rain again next week.
