I see Elvis Presley's daughter Anne Marie has passed away at the age of 54. Way too young, buI did see that she battled problems with alcohol and drugs. Money doesn't always bring happiness.
RIP

No disrespect to Mystic Meg, who I'm sure was a lovely person. But Astrology is fairly high on my list of reasons to be grateful we had the Renaissance.

RIP Topol as well.
Can't say I've seen many of his films but I recall he played a larger-than-life Greek smuggler who joined forces with Roger Moore in For Your Eyes Only (1981), one of the better Bond movies of that era in my view.

RIP Paul O'Grady.

Not all of his humour was quite my cup of tea, but Lily Savage was an iconic character.
A much loved entertainer and personality. My mum really liked him, she will be upset by this news.

RIP Len Goodman

Local man, born in Kent, raised in the East End and lived his later years back in Kent. Always seemed like a genuine, nice man who had the skill and knowledge to entertain without needing foul language or outrageous behaviour.

“Severrrrn !”

RIP Tina Turner

What a personality. What a force of nature. But above all else - What a voice.

I saw her live at Wembley Arena on 16/3/1985 - a fantastic night out.

Cheers Tina, there will never be another like you.

RIP Gordon McQueen

Fu*k it, there are too many people dying who I can clearly remember watching, when they weren’t much older than me.
