I used to drive across London to and from work for over a decade.
"I'm sorry I haven't a clue" was one of the best things on radio back then. Used to love listening to that while commuting in the evenings.
All the wonderful old comedians from that show are gone now I think.

So many really funny people, whose careers were born during the dark days of the Second World War.
We'll never see their like again.

RIP Norma Waterson. If you've never heard of her, check out her version of Grateful Dead's "Black Muddy River".
 
Rod Marsh and Shane Warne. Two newest recruits to the greatest cricket team of them all.

RIP Mino Raiola, King of the agents, age 54. Never cared what anyone thought of him, except his players.
 
RIP Vangelis. I was due to play a duet with my daughter (who is a fine flautist) at an open-mike several years ago, when Usain Bolt came up on the big screen, about to run the Olympic100 metres. So while we watched the Great Man run, we played an impromptu version of Chariots of Fire along with the resident keyboard player.

RIP Davie Wilson, at 85. A Rangers winger, he was my favourite boyhood player outside the Kilmarnock or Scotland teams.
 
RIP Graham Tutt. A very very sad loss. Tutt was Charlton's goalie when I started supporting them, and was our best player IMO, although Killer was my favourite. I predicted that Tutt would go all the way to the top....... who knows.

Grease was apparently panned by the critics when it first came out.
Shows what they know, the bunch of squares.
I'm not a fan of musicals at all. But I make an exception for this one.
Olivia was so sweet as good Sandy, and red hot as bad Sandy.
