I'm all for lab grown meat if it tastes the same, has correct texture, is safe and isn't too expensive.
I'd love to try some exotic lab meats too... Get some cells from endangered animals. Eat some rhino or elephant meat. Ooh... Bet Pandas taste good. A polar bear steak, and some roast penguin? Yes please!
With lab grown meats we're not restricted to farm animals, we can eat what we were put on earth to eat.

How much is still grass fed vs cheaper US or Argentinian grain fed imports these days? Grass fed is certainly better flavour and much healthier to eat. It will be a long time before any long term health effects of lab grown meat is known. Not familiar with British beef industry, but it's great if you've managed to avoid going for cheaper grain fed meat. Here you pay a massive premium for grass fed. Only the rich can afford to eat healthy.
