I think Ralph will be safe..........for now.

I think he is as well but a loss at home to Watford could really test that.

I don't think they will move to sack him until they have all these other pieces in place (DoF and head of development, maybe the assistant but that seems redundant if the manager goes as most managers bring their own man in)

I truly belive we will win the next 2 home games, which will ease the pressure for now............But Ralph is struggling without Danny as a number 2 , so it's important we address this soon.
 
This weekend has the potential to lead to four sackings, but I reckon it will be two.
