I think he is as well but a loss at home to Watford could really test that. I don't think they will move to sack him until they have all these other pieces in place (DoF and head of development, maybe the assistant but that seems redundant if the manager goes as most managers bring their own man in)

Yeah i was thinking the other day how for both Everton and Spurs we were their only win in 6/7 games.
