I didn't see it, but I take your point. However, this is what modern football is becoming - a game between two teams for the enjoyment of mass spectators. When actually it is nothing to do with that. Football is about winning matches and anything on top is a bonus. This is where we come back to how we'd like our own teams to play. I'd take a whole season of 1-0's if it meant Saints won the league, rather than entertainingly be relegated or finish midtable. And I can't help but also observe that we have absolutely nothing to do with either team, so why complain? It's a sport, not an entertainment. And surely the only ones who could remotely complain are ManU and Spuds supporters.
From an almost totally disinterested point of view, Man City have gone 1-0 up against WBA. And then Jay Rodriguez equalises. That was the interested bit. EDIT: back to boring. 1-2.
Couldn't have happened to a nicer team. I'm quite prepared for Huddersfield to draw at Anfield, and swap places with us in the table, so that we have a chance to leapfrog both them and Liverpool tomorrow.
I admire your total relaxed approach to today's games, but I want everyone below us to lose. Its still too tight down there.
