Spend £170m and bring in 15 new players. It’s essentially what Forest did when they got promoted and I think everyone agreed that is the best way to survive. They may get a points deduction next season but, if it’s anything like Forests, then it’s worth the risk Whether or not other clubs will start doing it more regularly, with the obvious risk that it’s not 100% guaranteed to work (I think Ipswich spent similar last season for example) we’ll have to wait and see. No doubt the promoted sides have had it easier than last season as well with the likes of Wolves losing their best players, didn’t happen last season. Still think Burley and Leeds will go down but Sunderland should survive now given Wolves demise
