    I'm not sure how that works. Can he possibly demonstrate unfair dismissal if "we thought you weren't doing well enough" is a valid reason to sack a football manager? I agree he shouldn't have been sacked, but surely the board had the right to do it.

    See WHU are going to appeal about Carroll's suspension again.

    1. Can you even do that.
    2. Haven't a leg to stand on.
    3. Aren't they risking an increased suspension for being annoying.
