It does happen. It's the doctrine of white privilege taught in some schools. Kids are encouraged not to be colour-blind. It leads to resentment and animosity between pupils of mixed colours who would otherwise get on. And what are the white kids supposed to do about it? Apologise? Offer money as some sort of restoration?

Wrong. If you Google "schools teach white privilege" you will see it being reported as "rife" despite it being against the law

I can name every school I went to, my kids went to, my nieces and nephews go to, my brother and brother in law teach at that don't teach what you describe.
