Well maybe you’ll see how dismissive replies of ‘project fear’ can come across when negative information that is a high probability, or a reality. As I’ve mentioned it’s pretty much universally accepted there will be a fair bit of negative impact as a result of Brexit it’s not a contentious view, yes the U.K. won’t go back to the dark age but an impact will be felt and that’s a serious concern.
Be sensible. Any negatives won’t be the result of Brexit, they will be because of the continued malign influence of the EU (even if it is collapsing), immigrants and the fifth column enemy within remoaners. Oh and George Soros. Obviously.

Just making a point as I’ve noticed that any information relating to the downside of Brexit seem to be shouted down and dismissed, despite the evidence, and ‘project fear’ seems to be a standard response.
Actually, I think its the opposite. I have been critical of May/Johnson/Chequers and other parts of Brexit. I just never believed that we were all doomed.

Come on Sb you are sounding like a remainer now. :1980_boogie_down:

It has all gone a tad quiet to be fair.
That's because some good news is coming out of the negotiations and some of the media couldn't report that could they? <doh>
Funny you should say that because tI have not seen one Brexit news report today.

I do wonder if the lack of funding towards the education system is a cunning ploy by the government! Get less educated kids to fill the low skill jobs that we will not allow any immigrants to do. Hmmmm

Depends what you/we class as good news?! A watered down chequers?????
You have changed your tune from a couple of weeks ago? I thought you were the one who didn't care as long as there was a deal? Is that not correct?

My mistake I thought it was you who said you just wanted a deal.
As for good news I think that a lot of progress has been made according to many in the negotiations.
Irish PM said 90% chance of a deal. Junker says confident of a deal. Raab says the same. Markets are showing this to be the case.
You should be happy as a leaver that deal is getting done.

I was never a leaver Ellers. If i was a leaver, I would be fuming with a deal that works out worse than if we had just stayed in. Wouldn't you agree

I think he was taking the piss Turkish!
As was I, perhaps not as good, but I have been informed that sarcasm is the lowest form of wit, then again I voted leave so perhaps he’s worried I took away his future, but what do I know, 48% of the country think I’m a racist right wing moron but the other 52% think I’m a patriotic upstanding fella, it’s all down to opinions but remember opinions are like bum holes, every bodies got one.

I forgot you were all staying in the EU yet you didn't vote because as you said at the time you did understand it all?

The thing is Turkish you didn't fall for all the project fear crap.

Quite correct mate. Still don't to be fair. Thought it was just a straight leave or remain vote......but I was rightly dubious. Didn't realise it was a leave with a plan we concoct and negotiate a year or so after the referendum or a remain choice. Silly me, everyone else obviously knew!
