The time for that was when Cameron had the chance to thrash it out over two years ago, sadly, the spineless idiot didn't have the balls to dig in for our best interests and offered us the crap deal foisted on him. He then used project fear to defend it. The 'No' vote was mainly down to his ineptitude and the arrogance that we'd never get a majority to leave.
The only way there would likely to be a parliamentary concensus would be a very soft Brexit which wouldn't be worth the aggro of leaving. Whichever way it goes both Cameron and May have totally f*cked it up for this country for the foreseeable future...
