Pinched from Femi Oluwole on Twitter but he makes a good point.

"I won't lie. If the 52% want incompatible Brexits and cannot agree, then it's literally impossible to please them all so the will of the 48% should carry by default and we should stop Brexit. But our national psyche has been conditioned not to understand that so: [HASHTAG]#PeoplesVote[/HASHTAG]"

Of course! How could us Leavers have been so naive? This Femdom Hollowhole is clearly the Confucius for the 21st Century. I feel so stupid now! :)

...As should the Opposition, presumably?
I remember them trying to after a series of May's time wasting, and slogan and same proposal repetitions. I expect you will see alternatives and compromise propositions during the next few days to Boris Liar's Hard Brexit / No Deal, if the Opposition do now have the chance.

This one's for Stainesy....

(Uber will love it, too.)

Love it? I came.

One complaint, though: despite his unique insight into the mind of Johnson, he missed out the bit where Johnson intends to rip open a seam in reality itself, thereby releasing an angry tide of infected space bats upon the working classes.

Of course! Being obstructive ****ers is just the preserve of the Right.

Does he want a soft Remain or a hard Remain? He can't have it all...

It’s a valid point, actually, Soops. I’ve wondered what sort of EU the Remainers want: do they want an EU that stays pretty much as it is, or do they want and embrace the irresistible march to one European Superstate, currency, president, army, taxation etc.? I’m guessing most avid Remainers on here want it all.

If the U.K. leaves the EU at the end of this month, given what Junkers JU-88 (or whatever his name is) said about hoping we’d rejoin the Superstate one day in the future, presumably there’ll be a party campaigning to do just that at every GE from now until Rotherham win the Champions League Final?

So, all is not lost, Remainers!

it’s a messy and costly solution, but once again we can let democracy prevail and put it to the people.

Hurrah! We’re all saved!
