Plym i have a nice dog that will tame that cat, we get no cats around as he hates them as much as me. Its a staffy, very loving but not friendly with other animals, especially cats. He catches the rats also.
 
Sensible..........is there someone we can report this Mrs Reid to............ for not having a warped sarcastic sense of humour............it took me years of dedicated study.........5 years of Open University to get to this level of perfection..........it scares me how well I've developed the skill..........it was the summer school at Sterling University that brought the break through..........all those steps going round and round to climb to the top of the Wallace Monument nearby, for what, just to turn around and come all the way down again. It just proved that what goes up must come down, it could of only been built by someone with a warped sarcastic sense of humour.

I suppose you should be proud of a 3rd as a degree at your age plymborn. If you really want sarcasm you need to be a fly on the wall in the ladies on a Chatham grannies night dance. They invented sarcasm and all have a masters degree or doctorate in it. Come to think of it most woman automatically get a degree in it by virtue of birth and gender. My Mrs has a put down line for everything.
 
I haven't plymborn I'm just a shell really. The only out I get is that she hates gadgets and a computer is a gadget as far as she is concerned so she doesn't look on here. God forbid she should ever learn the password and pluck up courage to switch it on. She thinks I come on here to look for cheaper house insurance or holidays. She likes the meerkat adverts so knows about comparethemarket.com.
 
Whatever you do Sensible, don't encourage her to go near the computer then.

I did it once and now have a very demanding and unpaid career in IT Support. I can't make her understand it's a very clever machine yes, but it doesn't actually have a mind of it's own and it's not doing things just to annoy her. I have explained the well known IT acronym - PICNIC - Problem In Chair, Not In Computer but that only makes her cross for some reason.
 
You've got more bottle than me then notdistant. I would totally blame the machine and not only that I would beat it within an inch of it's life just for affect.
 
I wouldn't mind but she only uses the computer to buy things from Next so she can return them the following day.

So much product comes through our front door and then on the local branch that I believe we are an official node on the Next logistics network.
 
Sensible, I don't know why but I often get the feeling your wife and I would get on well. I'm sure that with her acid tongue and my left hook we could keep you in your rightful place. As for Distant well I fear he is beyond help.
 
Awe come on I have one to contend with why do I deserve two? Trust me she does a fair job of keeping me at heel already.
 
A crossbreed definately not pedigree.............................. Heinz 57. That is a make of dog that has come from a long line of non fussy female dogs who hang around in parks.

I have to go now as she has just rattled my lead.
