As im not a gym person (i find work physical enough).
I do take a lot of of supplements (i never hold down a balanced diet).
I take whey protein shakes, and a big variety if tablets, ranging through vit c to calcium. A shed load.
Im also so vain that i sunbed twice a week. (utter twat i know).
Anyone else supplemet their diets in any way. Or am i alone?
